Setup and pack-down are outside participant time. Digital attendance certificates and a one-page group summary are provided within five business days. Attendance does not constitute an accredited BLS/AED qualification.
Austria, Slovakia, Czechia, Slovenia: €490. Germany, Poland, Croatia, Romania: €790. Other EU countries excluding Hungary: €1,290. The annual programme adds the applicable travel fee for each of its four visits.
For bookings at least 30 days ahead and venues within 60 km of an international airport or major intercity station. Covers return travel for two staff with equipment, local transfers and up to two nights for one onsite delivery day. Other conditions and non-EU destinations require a separate quote.
One legal entity, one site, one station and one learner at a time. No per-learner licence fee for your own staff and students. Includes six hours of remote user consultation per year, released updates and bug fixes. Paid external training, extra stations or sites require a separate agreement.
International delivery and support are in English; the application language and version are confirmed and demonstrated before ordering. Support runs on Hungarian business days, 09:00–17:00 Budapest time, with a proposed initial response target of two business days. Software use requires renewal after 12 months even when you own the hardware.

No. The first year of Complete Station includes a 12-month licence. Continued software use requires annual renewal, priced at €1,190 per year excluding VAT.
We provide a digital attendance certificate. The package does not include an accredited BLS/AED qualification or statutory examination.
CPR Workshop: 50% at booking and 50% after delivery. The Annual Programme commits to four visits, each invoiced in advance at €1,247.50 plus the applicable travel fee. The Institutional Licence is payable before activation. Complete Station: 50% at order and 50% before dispatch. Invoice payment term: 15 days.
New translations, custom scenarios, LMS integration, automated management reports, additional stations or sites, and paid external training require a separate agreement. The quotation specifies hardware warranty and repair-shipping terms; consumables, accidental damage and a loan unit are outside the standard package.
