The centre starts with learning needs, not a fixed equipment list. We first establish who will practise, what they need to learn and how sessions will run, then plan the technology and implementation.

VR devices, simulation accessories and software chosen for your intended use. Existing hardware can be incorporated after a compatibility assessment.
Learning content
Selected simulations, learning modules and separately agreed custom content. The quotation specifies the content catalogue and language versions.
Implementation and support
Installation, instructor onboarding and agreed professional and technical support. Licence, update and support terms are clarified in advance.
What do we need from your institution?
A subject-matter contact, a summary of learning goals, expected user numbers and an overview of your facilities. For IT integration, we also involve your local IT team in planning.
Pricing and timing depend on selected content, station count and development needs. After the first discussion, we prepare an itemised quote with a defined scope; there is no single fixed price for every institution.

Can we start with a smaller system?
Yes, we can plan a solution around a narrower learning goal and smaller equipment scope. Technical and licensing conditions for future expansion are discussed during planning.
How much space is needed?
Space requirements depend on station count and simulation type. Using your floor plan and intended use, we agree a safe practice area, power and network needs.
Can we add our own content or integrations?
Yes, as a separately scoped development project. Subject matter, integrations, data handling and handover terms are defined together in advance.
